Current Position:Home > Contributions of PapersContent of Submissions: Closely aligned with the conference topics, capable of representing the latest technological achievements and advancement in Chinese and global oil and gas development, reflecting frontier technologies and future trends in domestic and international oil and gas development, not previously published in domestic or international journals or conferences, and containing no confidential information.
(I) Forms of Paper Presentation:
Papers submitted on time and meeting the requirements will be reviewed by the conference academic committee. High-quality papers will be selected for oral presentation; outstanding papers will be published by Petroleum Industry Press; and representative papers will be selected for poster presentation.
(II) Formatting Requirements
Papers must be submitted in Microsoft Word format. All figures must be provided separately as vector graphics or high-resolution images.
1. Paper Abstract: Abstracts must be structured in the order of objective, methodology, results, and conclusion. Chinese papers must include abstracts in both Chinese and English; English papers require only an English abstract. The Chinese abstract must contain no fewer than 500 characters, and the English abstract no fewer than 500 words.
2. Authors must submit a brief author biography in both Chinese and English, including name, affiliation, position/title, highest degree, major, institution, year of graduation, address, email, phone number, and current research interests.
3. The conference only accepts original, unpublished manuscripts. Multiple submissions are prohibited. Papers should demonstrate a degree of foresight, innovation, practicality, and guidance value. Papers outside the scope of oil and gas development will not be considered. Authors should retain a backup copy, as manuscripts will not be returned.
4. Papers should consist of four parts: Introduction (research background and objectives), Methodology (approach and methods for problem-solving), Results and Applications (research outcomes and their field applications), and Conclusion (key findings and main conclusions).
5. All papers will be screened for plagiarism. Papers with a similarity index exceeding 15% will be rejected.
6. Authors bear sole responsibility for the content of their papers, which must be reviewed and approved by their affiliated institutions.
7. The conference reserves the right to edit accepted papers to meet publication standards. Copyright of accepted papers will be transferred to the conference upon author consent.
